Shipping Charges in USA
We offer the following options for shipping:
Free Shipping: Delivered within 7-10 business days.
Standard Shipping for $6 on all U.S. orders. Your package will arrive within 2 days of leaving the warehouse
Standard Shipping on orders over $50 is FREE.
Skip the Line for $25 on all U.S. orders. Your package leaves the warehouse within 48 hours and will arrive within 2 days of leaving the warehouse.
We are not able to change the shipping address once you have placed your
order, so please double check your address when ordering.
International Shipping Charges
We offer flat-rate Priority International shipping for $25 worldwide as it is currently the only reliable way to ensure our products are delivered to our international customers. We use the company Passport and shipping time is approximately 8-14 after leaving the warehouse.
Shipping on international orders over $100 is FREE.
IMPORTANT
Has no control or insight into any International Country’s customs charges, tariff’s or taxes placed upon the sale and delivery of our products.

RETURN POLICY
Items purchased on artisteki.com are eligible for return which must meet the following conditions:
- The return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.
- The items must be in its original, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
- The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Original shipping charges and Tax are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the charges and tax of the return shipping, exchange shipping fee, and arrange return courier.
- Artisteki will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorized confirmation.
- Artistekin reserves the right to make the final decision on all cases.
- Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store
- After customer service department confirmed the exchange request, please return the return parcel within 7 days.
- Please note that Sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process a one-time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.
- End of season sale/ Bargain sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
WAY TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Please send a request for a return authorization to our customer service email, kianery@outlook.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive a return authorization email and instructions once your return request is provisionally approved.
- Send your purchase back to us within 7 days (Please noted that customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.)
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days.
- Online order cannot be exchange or return in physical store
- Please noted that all sales items are non-refundable. However, we are happy to process a one-time exchange for you if the size is not suitable.
